Skills Needs and Gap Assessment Ghana The Agricultural Productivity Technology Centre (APTC) at CSIR-CRI is a one-stop technology center to co-ordinate the institute’s technology generation activities and package them in forms that can be made accessible to the industry through technology acquisition, capacity building and information flow. APTC is funded by the Skills Development Fund (SDF) as part of its technology transfer initiative. The vision of the centre is to transfer crop production & management technologies to the crop-producing sub-sector.
