Our Story

Baobab Company Group (BCG) is an independent organization dedicated to building a more just, prosperous, and inclusive developing economies by empowering youth, cultivating leaders, strengthening institutions, and extending access to digital education and invents. BCG has offices in 2 countries. BCG and its affiliates work in more than 7 countries worldwide. BCG has many brands including ICT solutions architect and development, socio-economic data and skills assessment and application development. Our brand in socio-economic data and skills assessment is born as a result of the delivery of technological and practical skills gaps within the TVET systems in Africa. In 2018, the Group established Baobab Solutions Ghana Limited to cater for African market by designing short-term training to address these gaps by focusing on developing the digital skills of young people and adults in order to improve their access to the job market.
